These FitParents classes are specifically designed for mums and mums-to-be.

FirParents Classes for Mums

Our FitParents classes for mums are dedicated to new mums, giving them the opportunity to stay in shape while enjoying the company of their children. They are based on tonification and stretching exercises using a pushchair or baby carrier, which play an active role during the class. We cover cover all major muscle groups, and psycho-physical well-being of the moms. The classes specifically focus on the progressive recovery of the abdominal and pelvic muscles.

FitParents is for all new mamas: from mothers who have given birth at least six weeks before, to mothers who are looking to get back in shape while meeting other mamas.

FitParents Classes for Mums-to-be

Our FitParents classes for mums-to-be prepare pregnant women for the marathon of childbirth. Lessons are structured with the same natural rhythm: an intensive phase is followed by a recovery and relaxation phase on the same principle that a contraction (wave) is followed by break. It is a rhythm that repeats and teaches participants the tricks of nature, preparing the expecting mothers well. With prolonged breaths the mother can take better advantage of the space and time to recover and cope with the next contraction wave.

The lessons are creative and diverse as the feminine nature. They alternate different styles: in addition to free body exercises, variations are offered with little equipment.

FitParents is for all to-be-mamas: from mothers planning on giving natural birth, to mothers planning a Cesarean section. All aimed at making labour easier while socializing with other mums-to-be.
